Chief Operations Officer - Remote

As our new Chief Operating Officer, you will own and lead the Operations function at Multiverse. You will ensure smooth day-to-day execution across three divisions/teams:
- Payment Operations
- Frauds, Risks & KYC
- Customer Support
Your mission is to turn Operations into a highly effective, scalable and data-driven function that fuels our growth. You will work closely with the CEO and other executives to align strategy, optimize processes, and secure operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Operations department, covering all divisions.
- Build, improve and monitor processes, KPIs and compliance frameworks
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Commercial, Growth, Finance and HR
- Ensure alignment between strategic goals and operational delivery
- Manage, mentor and grow teams and leaders within Operations

- Deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, quality and compliance
- Support the CEO in strategic decision-making with data-driven insights
- Act as a cultural role model and foster collaboration across the company
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in i-Gaming and in Operations
- Deep knowledge of payment flows, fraud prevention, KYC and customer operations
- Strong track record of building and scaling teams and processes in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strategic thinking and execution focus
- Fluent in English, written and spoken

Following the interviews, a final decision will be made regarding the candidate's suitability for the role. Successful candidates will be notified of their offer of employment, and further details regarding on-boarding and commencement will be provided.
