Head of Affiliates - Remote
We're looking for an experienced and commercially driven Head of Affiliates to lead, develop and scale our global Affiliate function across our markets.
In this role, you will be responsible for the overall Affiliate strategy, the performance of the Affiliate department and the continued growth of one of the company's most important acquisition channels.
You will lead and support our team of Affiliate Managers, ensuring they have the right direction, priorities and support to maximize performance across all active markets. Your role is to build a high performing Affiliate organization, strengthen existing partnerships, identify new commercial opportunities and continuously improve the department's overall results.
As part of our new organizational structure, the Head of Affiliates reports directly to the CEO and works closely with Product, CRM, Payments and other business functions to drive sustainable and profitable growth.
These are your responsibilities:
Lead the Affiliate Department
Provide leadership, coaching and support to all Affiliate Managers while creating a high performing and accountable team culture.
Own the Affiliate Strategy
Develop and execute the company's global affiliate strategy to deliver sustainable, scalable and profitable growth.
People Management
Set objectives, conduct performance reviews, support employee development and ensure clear accountability across the Affiliate team.
Commercial Partnerships
Oversee strategic affiliate relationships, negotiate commercial agreements and continuously strengthen the company's partner network.
Department Performance
Monitor department KPIs, identify improvement opportunities and ensure the Affiliate function delivers against business objectives.
Budget Ownership
Manage the Affiliate department budget and continuously optimize commercial investments to maximize ROI.
Market Expansion
Identify new affiliate opportunities, strategic partnerships and market expansion initiatives.
Cross Functional Collaboration
Work closely with CRM, Product, Finance, Payments and Compliance to align commercial priorities and improve acquisition performance.
Reporting
Provide regular business updates, commercial insights and strategic recommendations directly to the CEO.

This is what we require from you:
Several years of Affiliate Management experience, including leadership responsibility.
Strong experience within .com markets, preferably in iGaming.
Proven experience leading teams and developing high performing employees.
Excellent commercial negotiation and relationship management skills.
Strong understanding of affiliate business models, revenue share, CPA, ROI, LTV and commercial analytics.
Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
